Divide Services LLC is a window cleaning and storefront vinyl business in Reno, Nevada. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly when you request a quote or book a job:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you give us one
- The address where the work is being done
- Notes about the job, such as gate codes or where to park
We also collect basic website analytics through Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit the site and which pages they read. That data is not tied to your name or phone number.
Why we collect it
To quote your job, schedule it, show up at the right place, invoice you, and stay in touch about the work. That is the entire reason. We do not collect anything we do not need to do the job.
Text messages
We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to anyone. Your number is never given to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, and it is never included in any list that is sold or traded.
If you give us your phone number when requesting a quote or booking a job, we may text you about that job. Those messages are limited to:
- A reminder the day before your scheduled appointment
- A note when we are on our way
- Your quote or invoice
- A request for a review after the work is finished
- Replies to questions you text us
Message frequency: most customers receive fewer than five messages per job. We do not send recurring marketing texts or newsletters.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to any messages you send or receive.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. You will be unsubscribed immediately and will not receive further texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us at 775-500-1232. Opting out of texts does not cancel your appointment, and we will reach you by phone or email instead.
Who else sees your information
We use a small number of service providers to actually run the business, and they only see what they need to do their part:
- Twilio delivers our text messages.
- Stripe processes card payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Google provides our email and website analytics.
That is the whole list. We do not sell your information to anybody, for any purpose, ever. We will only hand information to law enforcement if we are legally required to.
Payment information
Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own secure pages. Your card number never touches our systems and we could not store it even if we wanted to. We only see that a payment succeeded and for how much.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and job records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards for our own business and tax records. If you want your information deleted, ask us and we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
- Ask us what we have on file for you and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
Children
This is a home services business. Our site and services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
